9. rich text format [RTF]-A file format with the extension .rtf that enables the text in the file to be transferred and read by different applications; most word processing programs can read RTF.

11. boilerplate text-Standard text that is appropriate for the type of presentation selected when using powerpoint's autocontent wizard.
12. indent level-In powerpoint, a number that indicates the indent and importance of a subtitle in relation to the title
13. promote-in powerpoint, to raise the level of a subtitle so that it has a smaller indent.
